WHY I CHOSE IT
The job it needed to do
I bought the rack in May 2026 because I already knew that routinely folding and lifting my heavy e-bike into the cargo van was not going to be practical. I researched the available choices and have been very happy with the rack I selected.
HOW I USED IT
What it looked like at camp
I installed it myself. Installation took somewhat longer than installing the awning, but I was able to complete it. That is my experience, not a recommendation that everyone install one alone. Appropriate tools, physical ability and mechanical knowledge matter, and another capable person may provide the help needed without automatically taking the job to a shop.
The included ramp lets me roll the bicycle into position instead of repeatedly folding and lifting it into the van. The bike is easy to secure on the rack. I also add a lock through the rear tire and frame for security.
WHAT I NOTICED
The part a product box cannot tell you
During travel, I protect the handlebars and seat individually. At camp, I can place a larger cover over the entire bike for weather protection.
I also make sure my vehicle's rear lights and license plate remain visible when I transport the bicycle. That is my own travel practice, not universal legal advice.

Yes.
The rack removed enough physical effort from transporting the e-bike that bringing and using the bicycle became practical.
